CARB,short for "California Air Resources Board". In Apr.27, 2007, according to the public hearings, CARB approved the "Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM)" to reduce the formaldehyde burstsize of wood products, and finalized the "93120-93120.12" in April of 2008.

The rules of CARB will be putted into by two stages (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
